Todd Brooks
Varsity Head Coach

Todd loves teaching, competition and has a compassion for people. He played baseball, football and basketball at Venice High School in Sarasota County. He was the captain of his high school’s baseball and football team as a senior. As a quarterback and shortstop he won all county and all area awards in both sports. After high school he went on to attempt football at a small college in Georgia. Todd was the head coach of a travel team in the north central Florida area and he has over 350 wins and several final 3 finishes in both State and National tournaments. Todd’s motto is HRP which stands for HONOR RESPECT PRIDE. He is the father of four incredible children Corey, Kyle, Casey and Madison


John Pricher
Varsity Assistant Coach
JV Head Coach

John Pricher begins his second stint as pitching coach with the Raiders after having served in the same role from 1999 to 2002. During this span the Raiders won four consecutive District titles. John played high school at Winter Park and is a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame. Following high school, John attended the University of Florida and was a member of the 1991 College World Series team. At the end of his time at UF, John held both the career saves and appearance records. John was drafted by the then California Angels. He played 4 years in the organization reaching Double A. John still holds the saves record for the Northwest League with 23. He was named to the Northwest League 50 year Anniversary team with such major league Ken Griffey Jr, Ozzie Smith and Rickey Henderson. John is married to the former Aimee Giro and has two children Marlee and Cole.


Shedrick Honeycutt
Hitting Coach

Coach Honeycutt was born & raised in Tallahassee Florida.  He attended Amos P. Godby High School in Tallahassee Florida, where he played 4 years of Varsity baseball and was a 3-year starter and standout receiving 1st team all state & all big-bend honors.   Right out of high school Shedrick was drafted by the Montreal Expos (currently the Washington Nationals).  After playing 5 years in the minor league system he went on to play 2 years with the Rockford Riverhawks, an independent baseball team.

Shedrick has always loved baseball and been passionate about helping others.  He is also currently coaching a 12 & under traveling baseball team sponsored by Reebok.  And runs his own bat company called Big Cutts Wood Bat Co located in Newberry FL.

Shedrick & his wife Michele reside in Newberry FL and they have a two year old son, Tavis.


Troy Rumore
Team Chaplain

Troy has a Pastoral and Counseling degree from Paraclete Bible College and Seminary.  He has been working with youth and families for the past 10 years.  Troy has also coached with Frank Snead, the JV basketball team for the last 2 years.

Troy lives in High Springs with his wife Kelli and five children; Hannah, Hunter, Jessica, Junah, and Arabella
