Our one day baseball tryout for JV and Varsity is January 16 at 3:00. All players interested in playing must attend. The teams will be formed and posted on the coaches office door by 8:00 PM the same day as tryouts. Practice will start January 17 at 3:40 for JV and Varsity.

Coach Pritcher has asked that players not pick up a baseball for a solid month. That means everyone. This period is extremely important to give arms a rest. You can start throwing again during Christmas break. THEN START SLOW and FOLLOW OUR PROGRAM.

You should be hitting somewhere at least 3 days a week and working out and running 3-5 days a week.

WE WILL HAVE TIME TRIAL.  ALL PLAYERS MUST RUN TO RECEIVE GAME UNIFORMS. 

The run will be 1.5 miles – JV will need to run it in under 12 minutes,  Varsity in under 11:30 minutes
